
Busines Morphology are a leadership and culture consultancy helping organisations build better workplace cultures through practical, behaviour-led change.
They had clear thinking, a strong point of view and a book launching into the market. What was missing was consistent, strategic visibility on LinkedIn to support that momentum.
The focus was building audience growth, increasing engagement and positioning the founders as credible voices in conversations around culture and leadership, all delivered organically and sustainably.
Business Morphology was preparing to launch both a consultancy and a book. One founder had a small LinkedIn presence, the other had never posted before. There was no established company page and no consistent visibility strategy supporting the launch.
A consultancy and book were ready to go, but there wasn’t yet a strong LinkedIn presence to support awareness or momentum.

The brand itself had no central LinkedIn presence, meaning authority and credibility weren’t being reinforced at company level.
Launch the consultancy, launch the book and build authority from day one.
The goal was to grow both founder accounts, establish a professional company page and create consistent LinkedIn content that supported book sales, consultancy enquiries and long-term authority in the leadership space.
We began by building brand awareness. Introducing both founders, their experience, the consultancy''s ethos. The focus was on increasing visibility and reach while establishing a consistent, credible presence across LinkedIn.
Once visibility was growing, we focused on connection. Creating thoughtful content around leadership, culture and themes from the book. The aim was to build engagement through practical insight and meaningful conversation.
The final phase was launching the book. Sharing testimonials, insights and founder reflections to support book sales. I managed outbound engagement through the company page and created all content, while the founders led conversations on their own accounts.

Engagement rate per impression reached 18.1%.
The audience was seeing the content, they were engaging with it, clicking through and actively participating in the conversation.
Kira made the doubly daunting challenge of publishing a book and starting a new business seem entirely manageable. She quickly digested the principles and key messages of both the book and the business proposition and designed engaging, creative content to build our audiences.
